Thought I best introduce myself, I am Rachael, 31 and from South Wales.

I am mum to Ellis who will be 5 this year and married to Nathan.

I first lost weight when Ellis was 9 months old, I joined WW and managed to lose 2 stone in 16 weeks.

Since then I have put on about 5lbs which is not a major issue but would love to get down to about 148lbs which at 5ft 8in would be ideal.

I go to the gym regularly, but am a little hit and miss when it comes to the diet.

But... with a holiday with the family coming up in May I have decided to work hard and shift the last few pounds.

I look forward to getting involved.
