Hi,

My name's Ray and I just found this forum and I wanted to introduce myself. I've been working to lose weight since new year and have luckily lost about 2 stone since then.

I know that seems quite fast, but I've just tried to make my lifestyle more healthy, portion sizes, 5 a day, limiting takeaways/eating out, limiting my alcohol intake and going to the gym 3/4 times a week.

Although I know that it seems like I'm doing well, I know it isn't easy and I know how difficult it can be to make those changes permanent rather than temporary.

I have about another 2-3 stone to lose, and know that will not be as quick.

I'm not going to any slimming club (have done ww before), but we have a weekly weigh in at work which is helping the motivation.

Just thought I'd say hello...
