Hello all
I've been lurking around here for the past few weeks. I am starting at 296lb
and have over 100lb to lose - I'm trying not to think about the exact amount I need to lose OR my goal weight yet as that often puts me off on diets. I'm just concentrating on losing 5% chunks of my weight at a time. I am doing Weight Watchers as I like how I can still fit treats into my day as I would be very sad indeed if I couldn't ha ha!
I wish I had the willpower to stick to a VLCD so the weight would fall off but I imagine I would get very hungry and would rob a Mc Donalds!
