and i'm definitely going to start doing my milk that way so much easier lol :)

and yeah what happens is if you dont eat so many points and save a lot, then your body thinks your starving it, so goes into storing fat mode to make up for the fact your starving it etc it hangs onto anything it can etc! by doing ww your only reducing your cals and sat fat a certain amount, enough to lose weight at a good pace so that your body doesn't think it's going into starving mode... but people make the mistake of having too little points then the body reacts in a bad way and you end up sts or gaining instead xxx

Didn't post yesterdays food so will do that now anyway.

Breakfast - Stewed plums and quark 2 points
Lunch - fish and chips! - 10 points
Tea - Meatballs and Pasta - 10 points
Snacks (I was really hungry all day yesterday) - Ham sandwich - 2 points, pear - 1 points, french fries - 1 1/2 points

Total 26 1/2 against a target of 20. Whoops.
 
Another bad day yesterday. I am sure once school starts again and we all get back into a routine my planning and diet will start to improve, but I must work harder at it now. We did go out for tea so thats why the bad points. Anyway, here they are.

Breakfast - Cereal - 2 points
Lunch - Ham and salad sandwich - 4 points
Tea - Pizza hut - 35 points

Total 41 points against a target of 20. Well over but its all Pizza huts fault!!
 
Todays points, much better

Breakfast - none, still full from last night.
Lunch - Ham and salad wrap - 3 points
Tea - Chunky chilli with rice - 8 points
Pud - Meringue - 3 points
Snack - Air popped popcorn 1 point

Total 15 against a target of 20. Much better.

Todays points. Back at work again today so much easier.

Breakfast - Toast with marmite - 2 points
Lunch - Ham Tortilla - 3 points
Tea - Chicken and sweetcorn with jkt potato - 9 1/2 points
Pud 2 * pink and whites - 1 1/2 points

Total 16 against 20. Not bad. Weigh in tomorrow. Wonder what will have happened?
 
Ok, back to posting daily points and feelings. Reasonable day today but didn't enjoy the tea I cooked, and really want chocolate and naughty stuff tonight. Will have to raid the fruit bowl soon I think. Anyway here are today's points.

Breakfast - Cereal - 2 points
Lunch - Ham salad pitta and soup - 3 points
Tea - Homemade fish and chips - 10 points
Snack - Houmous and ryvita - 4 points
Total 19 against a target of 20.

Tea - Chicken and pasta and veg bake - 10 points
Pud Ice cream - 3 points

17 1/2 points against 20. No bad

Breakfast - none (fasting for a blood test)
Lunch - ham sandwich, crisps, soup and apple - 5 points
Tea - Cordon blue chicken and noodles - 10 points
Pud - Chocolate whip - 4 points
Snack - Crisps - 2 points

Total 21 points against 20. Hungry but think because I missed breakfast. Will eat it tomorrow.

Tea - Beef curry, lentil dahl, rice and chapati - 15 points

Total 21 points against target of 20. Must do better tomorrow.
