HELP, 4 days to get back on track

Hiya. Weekends are my downfall. Just weighed myself and have put the 2lbs that I lost thursday back on. What can I do to shift it and speed weight loss by thursday. have a wedding to trim for :) x
 
Lots and lots of superspeed and superfree food.
 
This happens quite regularly in my house! As long as you stay within your 115 syns over the week you should be OK.

2 weeks ago I had a sneaky mid-week peek and had gained what I had lost plus some! :eek: I decided to give the superspeed soup a go and I was well impressed with the result - by Thursday I had recovered quite nicely.

You can pull it back hun ... don't let a sneaky peek ruin your week ... the official weigh in is the only one that matters ... it's 'weekly' for a reason ;)
 
just be on plan - keep smiling and it will be fine.

Keep your daily syns between 8 - 12 and make sure you have lots of speedy foods!!!
