Help! Any recommendations?

Hello all. I am very new to this site and really hope that this community will prove to be the extra push I need to make some serious changes in my life.

I have lost a large amount of weight before on a VLCD but am well on my way to regaining all of this weight. Unfortunately, this time around, cost is a huge factor for me in dieting, and I was wondering whether anyone can recommend any low cost VLCD's that I could try. I have tried the usual suspects, ie LL and CD but would really struggle to afford this in my current situation.

Any help would be hugely appreciated!!

You could try Slim and Save. It's available on the web and quite cost effective. There is a forum underneath this one, and a sticky with frequently asked questions.

I'd recommend Exante it's the same as CD etc in that you have your 3 packs a day and lose an average of a stone a month. If you buy a bumper pack (a months supply) it works out at £25 a week

Thank you very much for the pointers. I have had a look on the exante website and this does seem very reasonably priced. Does this taste as good as the others?
