HELP!! Can I pull it back??

I have had a picky week and my scales are showing a 1lb GAIN! :copon:(naughty for looking I know!)

I have my weigh inon wedenesday do you reckon I can pull it back by then? Ive got a massive pan of soup on the go for lunches and am going to keep my syns to a minimum, what do you think?

There may not be anything to pull back! mid week weigh-ins are totally meaningless so forget what the scales said and get back on plan
 
If you haven't stayed on plan you can't expect to lose weight.

Just do what you can from now until WI.
 
It is so easy to fall from the SW waggon. The hard bit is climbing back on.

Stick with the plan. Do 100% and I am sure you can retrieve things for yourself.

Thank goodness you had that naughty weigh in and it put you back on track. You could have put even more on if you hadn't.
