HELP!! Can you have 2 lots of bread as healthy B??

Hi all,

I am new to SW and just getting used to planning what I am eating etc! Plus did food shopping for month before starting so skint and limited to going out and buying in new food!!!

Can you tell me can you have 2 lots of bread for healthy B option? I love bread and in work later want to know if I can have another bread as healthyB for butties!!!

Which plan are you doing? Red and Green or Extra Easy?

If Extra Easy, you can only have 1 HexB.
For example 1 HexB = 2 slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf.
If you wanted another 2 slices then you could use your syns for them.

I've never done red/green days so can't advise on that I'm afraid.

Hi Gemma9185 and welcome!! You can have 2 bread HEXs if you are on green or red, but only 1 on EE (1a and 1b). Or you can have 1 slice of Nimble or WW bread on 2 separate occasions through the day because there are 2 slices of those to 1HEXb

Haha!! You end up pondering about it for ages!! I was panicking big time! I have no food in until I get paid so butties on the low fat it has to be for now!!!!
