Feeling much better today everyone 
thanks so much for all of your replies you are all so motivating, this site is fabulous!
Its a new day and I'm raring to go again and am determined to stay 100% CD SS - and the scales still tell me I've lost 6 lbs since Monday, despite the pack of ham!! Also ketosticks are pink:bliss:
