Hi everyone, I've been doing pretty ok all shift, until I found out my colleagues have all ordered takeaways!!!:eek: They are now sitting in front of me and eating it. :help2:

Thanks for that! I'm trying my best to stay strong at the moment. Breathing through my mouth is helping! LOL. Think I might just go and make my soup. That should kill some time and make me feel like I'm not being deprived.

Those chips do smell very nice, though!:eek:

Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels, darling. I'd make an excuse to go for a walk or something to keep me busy and out of that room!

When that happens don't tell yourself you can't have any .. that will only drive you to wanting the "forbidden" more (they've done studies on it lol).... instead tell yourself you could have some if you wanted but you are choosing not to and then distract yourself.

But well done for sticking with your soup.

I go through the same feelings every weekend when my family eats take-aways. It's so hard to resist but I just thinking it'll be worth it when I reach my goal, and then treat myself to take-aways.

That's my thinking too; and it will be a treat and I'll stop when I'm full rather than gorging on it and having it whenever i'm feeling a bit down etc.
