Help - fish!!!!!!

    Ive got some white fish fillets (cook from frozen) from Iceland to use up.

    Does anyone have any idea what to do with them other than a fish pie?

    Im not a huge fish fan but Im trying to eat more as I know the health benefits are good but Im always scared when it comes to cooking fish!!

    Ive got the usual in the cuboards - rice, pasta, veg, garlic, lemon, quark etc etc but im stuck! x

    Have you got any pesto you could put on top, and then bake it?
    Failing that, maybe just grate lemon zest & black pepper over the top.
    Or chopped peppers & onions...

    Or maybe poach it on its own and then flake it into rice, with an egg for a sort of kedgeree?

    lemon and black pepper sounds yummy, maybe with some veg.

    We use fish seasoning, which can be found in most supermarkets with the dried herbs and spices, its lovely and syn free! Boo xx

    Put it in a stirfy with some soy sauce, ginger and chilli, yum! Add in some dried noodles to bulk it up.

    Or there are some fishcakes recipes on the website. I made the salmon ones and they were OK.

    Thanks for the lovely ideas guys!

    I ended up roasting it in the oven with lemon and garlic, roasted veg and some rice.

    It was yummy!!!!

    Ive got 2 portions of white fish left so Im going to try fishcakes I think!
