    Hi Everyone

I have just started doing SW again. I was an online member before so have all the stuff just never got around to actually doing it. Did equivalent to WW a few years ago and got to weight I wanted to be but put back on as couldn't stand calorie counting for rest of life but if I don't I gain weight - hence hopefully SW is happy medium!

Anyway - think I understand it all but was wondering if any kind person could let me know if I have counted the syns for this WW cake correctly?

    1 spray(s) cooking spray - 0 syns

    396 grams flour – 84 syns
283 grams packed light brown sugar - 44 syns

171 grams unsweetened cocoa, powder - 36 syns

    113 grams sweetener = 0 syns

    1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1.5 syns

    1 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1.5 syns

    1/4 tsp table salt - 0 syns

295 ml semi skim milk - 7 syns

3 large egg white(s) - 0 syns (as will count as part of HE)

2 Tbsp regular butter, melted – 10.5 syns

    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 0 syns

    1 cup(s) water, boiling - 0 syns

    cut into 24 pieces - 7 syns a piece?

Thanks so so much in advance.
