Please can anyone help. I'm going away on the 15th June just for one night . Staying in a lovely hotel with my husband to celebrate 2 years of marriage.
We have a meal booked and breakfast. What do I do?
either refeed (seems daft for one night) dont eat and just have your shakes or stick to protein and no carbs the choice is yours hun,maybe you could stay in your room and just exercise lol xx

Hoping for plenty of sexercise lol but can i just eat a small amount for the meal, will feel daft sitting there with a shake. If i don't refeed will i be ok just for one meal i can skip breakfast x
If you have to eat make sure there are no carbs! it will affect your next weight loss tho...
You could just have room service tho and then there is only hubby to see you x then go and drink fizzy water in the bar and rekindle the first night you soent together afterwards
