Thanks!! I've reduced the amount of water I'm drinking 2 around 2 liters 2 c if it helps!! To be honest I would rather it b the other way! ? let's c how it goes!
I wouldn't recommend cutting back your water intake. I don't think it'll make a difference to your 'problem' but on a VLCD you need more than 2 litres a day
