Hi, my legs are killing me.Couldn't sleep last night.Anyone got any idea why this is happening and how to get rid of this pain.Any advice or info will be much appreciated....PLEASE HELP.

If its leg cramps try salt and water should keep it from happening. Take a pain tablet to help till it stops
