hey that sounds loverly BUT you have probably used most of your 49 weekly pts(pp)! stick to your normal daily pts & maybe up your excersise, just walking more can make a difference x

Oh thank you that sounds better, I had allowed my 49 ponts for it just in case, I love curry and rice so if it won't ruin my diet I can afford to go out for one a month:)
