Had lunch at the Chinese, I had beef curry and steamed rice, 1 spare rib and half a bowl of hot and sour soup and dare I say it TWO glasses of dry white wine, have I used up all my 49 points
it was delicious though
hey that sounds loverly BUT you have probably used most of your 49 weekly pts(pp)! stick to your normal daily pts & maybe up your excersise, just walking more can make a difference x
I'd say 12 pps for the beef curry. A portion of boiled rice is 12pps. Portion of hot sour soup is 4 so only 2 if u had half. Not sure about the rib tho
Oh thank you that sounds better, I had allowed my 49 ponts for it just in case, I love curry and rice so if it won't ruin my diet I can afford to go out for one a month
