Help I want to eat!

I've had my shake at 9 and half a bar at 11.45 then half again at 12.45, coffee and 3 litres of water. Im starting to think about eating and I dont know why Im not really hungry although my tummy is growling a bit.

It doesn't matter what it is, I just feel like eating!!!

Help me girls! (boys)

STOP - NO EATING...YOURE DOING SO WELL!!

DO ONE OF THREE THINGS!!

GO FOR A WALK
GO FOR A BATH
SURF THE NET FOR FREE PORN (LOL JOKE)

Find something to do that is incompatible with eating....paint your nails, start knitting, even wash the pots.
Anything that will take your mind off food...the craving will go.
 
Honestly learn from my mistake, i eat on friday night and regreted it, but continued eating up until today (actually i have eat today) anyway ul find it hard to go back to im starting over properly tomorrow.
 
Try and do something that will take your mind off food, have a bath or something
 
No you do not want to eat.

How about tidying up, cleaning, gardening, pampering yourself, surfing the web for clothes you might want to buy when you're thinner. Plan a holiday. Make everything more important except eating. Concentrate on increasing your fluids. Honestly, food tastes rubbish - really!

I know how you feel. Don't eat hun,get yourself out the house and away from food. Go for a nice walk and daydream about how amazing you'll look at goal weight. Or you could do what i did and cry your eyes out. I cried and creid and cried and the stomped my feet, lol, like a child. But i felt better after.

Thanks guys for suggestions. I figured out why I was hungry. I only had 1/2 my shake for bfast so am having other 1/2 now so feel much better. I dont normally split my shakes so maybe i wont do that next time.

Anyway am over it now and onwards and upwards!

My suggestion for next time is to go up to your wardrobe and start trying on all those clothes that are slightly too small for you - all the ones that are sitting there just waiting for you to lose weight.
If you don't have any then go buy something beautiful in a few sizes too small.
The act of trying stuff on will first of all pass the time and take your mind off your craving. You will then either get one of 2 reactions
a) this is disgustingly tight - I must never eat again or
b) this is starting to get looser - the diet is working - I must not give up now.

This distraction works for me every time
