Help Im confused!! :(

Hey the title says it all really Lol

Im on day 4 of EE and I want to use 350ml of skimmed milk (HEA) To make a hot chocolate can I count the milk as my HEA and syn the hot choc? would this work out right?

Also im struggling with knowing what to use as my HEB?

Any help would be appreciated!

Yep, you would use the milk as your HexA, and syn the hot chocolate

Ummm, for your HexB you could have cereal, some bread or tinned fruit, or cereal bars. Things like that. Obviously that's only a short list! You could also use a tbsp of olive oil as your HexB if you didn't fancy anything else xxx
