Help i'm having a basmati rice problem

Can anyone give me the pp values of both uncooked and cooked basmati rice. I'm very confused!! Thanks x

Raw basmati rice is 6 pp for 60g. Basic way to remember us 10g raw is 1 pp. A little confused about cooked weight myself so I always weigh it before cooking.

Pretty sure it's about 150g cooked weight for 6 pp, I think that was a value for a Tesco one online, but it can't vary that much can it?!
