Help! I've lost my SW way...

... OK, so I'm not feeling too well this week and have been loosely sticking to plan - having more syns than normal though - but I'm really struggling to get my SW mojo back! I know and love this plan but just think because I've felt so groggy this week that I've let it slip! Will be going to class tomorrow and seeing if I've managed to lose the 2lbs I put on last week (we had a whole weekend of Valentine's celebrations so was expecting a gain) but to be honest I'm expecting another small gain! Either way I'll be straight back on plan and getting rid of this extra weight! Just wanted to write it all down really!

For all you newbies, trust in the plan, it works, I'm just having a moan - very unlike me! xxxx

I hope that you are feeling better now.
I am sure you will do just fine. If you do have a small gain, don't worry about it.
You need to get back to good health, and if a few extra syns and a small weight gain get you there it really doesn't matter!
You will get your mojo back as soon as you feel better... I know you will!!

Hope you feel better soon!... and youll know when you feel better as youll wanna jump bk on the horse!!

Sometimes its good to get things off your chest! just relax until you feel better!

I tend to find if i worry about being ill and worry about getting back to work/routine/healthy eating plan * delete as appropriate* I find it takes me longer to recover!
