Extra Easy Help me hit my target this week!!

I have one weigh in left before holidays and I have 3lb to go to my holiday mini target - eek!!

So I am doing extra easy or green (like red but can't afford that much meat at the moment :() any suggestions? Going to try and fit a couple of good wii fit sessions and get out walking at least once.

good luck, drink plenty of water, eat lots of superfree foods and eat till you are comfortably full, not stuffed!!

Same as above really. Do you like grapefruit? It's a speed food and helps you with your 1/3 superfree for breakfast :)

Not a big grapefruit fan! I did get the Slimmer of the Week yesterday though so have a full fruit basket at least!! I got away from work early so instead of turning in he tv I went for a 30 min power walk/jog and then a 20 min serious dance about the livingroom!

I CAN DO IT!! ;-)

get the wii fit out! I love mine and on the wii fit plus (OH treated me to it) you can set daily calorie goals, I did have 250 cals, lol but changed it to 125 as I can hit that in about 30 mins.

I love the boxing and the kung fu, (you need a nunchuck) and they both burn loads of cals. if you have the normal wii fit, go for the jogging and step. also, if you cant face aerobic stuff, play balance games, its better than being on your bum in front of the box.

as for eating, drink water rather than fizz, measure your milk ( I still never do! oohps) measure everything that counts and HEX's, and snack on fruit. try not to use syns on treats and make meals more jazzy instead (i.e. gravy and olive oil and, olives or avocado or nuts, like healthy things)

I am sure with a bit of extra push you can do it :D

Go for the speed and superspeed foods too - they're the lowest of the low in calories terms! You can do it!!!! xxxx
