The first couple of days are the hardest and it does get easier after that.
You are more than half way through today which is a great achievement!
I hope you have taken before photos and body measurements as the weight does come off very fast and it is handy to have a record.
Set yourself mini goals as well as long term goals and reward yourself with non food treats, like a magazine, relaxing bath, new lipstick etc.
