Help me to be slim!

    Starting today & have to loose a stone by the end of November...

    Breakfast - banana & oaken vanilla fat free yoghurt, 1 coffee with skimmed milk HEXA

    Snack - raspberries, diet coke

    Lunch - wholemeal bread HEXB chicken, rocket, salad dressing, melon, coffee with skimmed milk HEXA

    Dinner- Jamie oliver piri piri chicken sw style! Feta 2 SYNS, olive oil 2 SYNS, asda bubbly bar 3 SYNS

    Thank you much for the support. I feel so determined to do this, even managed to stay focused & not cruise the party food at a 5th birthday party today. Hope I can keep the motivation going. xxx
