Addicted to Minimins!
I will warn you in advance that this is going to be a very whiney post, so BEWARE! lol
Ok, so i've got five stone to lose, I keep trying to get back on CD but fail miserably each and every time i try! (on the first day!) I thought to myself, 'maybe i'm not in the right place to do ss, so today i tried Slimfast, the thinking behind it being that i can have snacks and a meal in the evening, but by 3 this afternoon i was stuffing myself with sandwhiches and crisps!
I know i NEED to lose this weight. I WANT to lose this weight. So WHY can't i stick to anything?!
PLEASE help me! I know i'm being a whiney tart and i should just get on with it and that you all find it hard too, but it just feels like i'm not going to be able to stick to anything!
