Step 1 Sole Source + Help me!!!!

Not in a good mood.... Someone talk me down!!

1) Due on any day now...

2) Boyfriend is injured & can't work (self employed), so is relying on staff, but is massively frustrated, so we keep rowing...

3) Really hungry, because I have messed about this last week (lost 1st 4lbs in 4 weeks) but lately have been stupid & eaten off plan, so I'm out of ketosis...

I actually feel like I want to cry/be sick/rip someone's head off.... :,-(
 
Keep strong it will be worth it! I have slipped up with sips of wine and nibbles of cheese tonight!
You can get back to it - drink lots of water and stay determined!
 
Remind yourself of all the reasons why you want to do this. There is never a good time to lose weight. All the food will still be there when you have got to your target. You are worth this. Nothing worth doing in life is easy. Hope this helps you!
 
Keep at it. Go and have a nice hot bath or put some music through your headphones, to take your mind off It. that always helps with me :)
