    Hello everyone, im new to this thread im male and 16 years old :) ive started a diet as i want to lose weight like big time! have you got any tips like whats a good exercise whats foods are really good and what foods speed up metabolism whatever you think will help me

    Hiya, I don't really know what to recommend as there are so many diets out there, it depends how much weight you are looking to lose, over what period of time, and what your lifestyle is like.... maybe if you go into a bit more detail it will be easier for people to give you advice.

    The obvious tactic, as cliched and overrated as it may sound, if you just have a few lbs to lose, is to up your exercise and eat more healthy foods (and less fatty, calorie-laden, sugary foods). If you have a lot more, or you need more structure to help you lose weight, then a formal kind of diet may help you
