Our dinners would probably bore you to death but we eat a lot of soups and stews at this time of year. I like minced up mixed veg cooked with lentils, which makes a nice stew. Butternut squash or sweet potato and mushroom curry which is really easy to make and I have it with basmati rice mixed with lentils. Dry fried marinated tofu in sweet and sour sauce. Quorn pieces cooked in condensed mushroom soup with a sliced potato topping and baked in the oven.
