Hi Everyone,

me again im so sik i cant stay on plan and my life seems to be all about sw, i know what i need to do but i just cant get my arse into gear example
yesterday, for breakfast i had yog and fruit, lunch jkt pot with beans, then i just had to walk past greggs and had to nut two jammy star biscuits and i ate them, so as seen as i did this i had a fatty takeaway last night, sorry for the rant but whats up with me

ps this is just what i have bn doing fior weeks y cant i get my head bk on the plan im really sik xxx

How long have you been "not with it" on the plan for? Are you still going to class? I would tot up the sins for you 2 biscuits and your take away firstly, if you've gone over your quota the take advantage of flexible syns the GET BACK ON IT TODAY!! If you WI tomorrow then set yourself up to expect a slight gain, that was if you STS then that's a bonus. Are you struggling with motivation or idea's for meals? It may be worth calling your SW consultant today and take a load off!!

i was the same all over xmas stuffed my face with anything and everything, those star bicuits are very tasty. only just got back on track 2 weeks ago. what i did was started my food diary again and if i go over my syns one day so what some days its hard to stick to 100% specially when i go out shopping ect .the way i do it is forward planning make sure you have the cupboards stocked up and lots of recipes that are yummy free and filling i bought a new recipe book and that helped cause all the meals ive cooked have been syn free. hope this helps good luck with getting back on track.xx

thanks for ur replies, i still go to class but cos of o/h shift patterns i can only go 2 weeks out of three xx
