help needed red/green days

Since coming back to SW Ive only done EE (it took some getting my head around the 1/3 superfree) bit but it sunk in and things have been ticking along with a few probs with me having a hiatus hernia so my digesive system plays up a little causing some...ahem...bunged up days :eek:.

Anyway my question is I wanted to start doing alternate weeks or just a few days of reds & greens to see if it makes any difference to my tum probs as fruit does seem to cause me pain. What Im wanting to know is on a red or green day-do you still have to follow the 1/3 superfree as with EE?

I remember from my old SW days snacking on chicken, ham, boiled eggs on a red day before the fruit (which I would now on EE) likewise on greens I would snack on cold savoury rice & chopped egg salad or a quick jp&beans I just cant seem to find much reference to the old red & greens now.

The red and green plans are still there, and pretty much what they used to be.

The one-third superfree is not necessary (although to my mind it is something worth working towards, as it is a very healthy way of living).
