Help needed

    Hello, am starting with food on 30th of June, I no it's still early, but will someone care to help me please.
    I still want to lose weight, once I start with food. Am goin to do 2 shakes n an evening meal. So wat do hav as the shakes? Is it the maintenance ones or Usual LT?
    Am so confused about this!
    I want to no so I can plan all my meals n get my head round it.

    Hi there, I think you should speak to your pharmacist about it, she/he will explain what the next step is.
    I believe you kick off with 2 LT shakes on your first day thereafter 1 LT shake and 2 meals, slowly introducing protiens and carbohydrates in your diet. You have done extremely well:)
