help on adding things to my posts

hi - sorry if this is in the wrong place, but i wasn't sure if this was OT or not, as its sort of wanted in my posts IYKWIM !!

Im wanting to add my facebook and also my website- but when i go into user CP i put all the info in and it doesnt work
what am i doing wrong, has anyone added their facebook ? and knows how to do it ??

When you go into User CP - click on Edit Signature on the left hand side column - then you add your facebook etc there in the little box that comes up with your signature......DON'T FORGET to click SAVE or your info will not show - Good luck...
