help on Juices from Gammon

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me if I can use the juices from a gammon joint to make gravy - I have some in the fridge either to be used as a tasty gravy or does it need to be thrown away??

If you have chilled the stock, then any fat will have risen to the surface and you can skim it off. Then it will be fine to use.

Might be a bit salty, though. Go easy on the seasoning and keep tasting.
