Yep probably I lost 8.5 on week one but your weight will go up and down so try stay of scales till weigh in day so just jump on once a week x good luck

Well done!! I lost 7lbs from mon / thurs this week. I statred my diet at the beginning of the week but want thurs as my weigh day so weighed today! I checked the scales a few times too!!

Well done, that is a fantastic weight loss. My first one was 2.5lbs and I was delighted with that. It will give you the motivation to keep going!
