Im not sure how having 49 extra pro points a week still allows you to lose weight?
do you eat all of yours?
Im going to try it for a week and see if i lose anything.
problem is im meant to be going out for a friends bday tonight...temptation!! haha xx

I ate ALL mine last week and lost a pound! And I'm only aiming for a pound a week as it is lol! So yes, you can still lose. The weeklies are great for things like meals out or drinks with friends. Unplanned stuff, ya know? Good luck chick x

I'm no expert but I really do think it varies from person to person. I'm on 29pp a week and am 13 stone 8. If my aunt is also on 29pp a week and is 11 stone, I can't see how we can both be eating the same energy and lose the same consistent amount. Thats how I think of it anyways...

I tend to vary how many of my points I have and that works really well for me. One week I'll eat a lot of them and the other I'll try and only eat maybe 20 of them. I always dip into them, just how much can vary. Its the change in energy levels which keeps my losses up. :)

Its something you just have to try. :) Eat all your weeklies for a couple of weeks and see where it gets you - only then will you know if you can eat them all and lose.
