Help please need advice on calories

hiya everyone i just have a wee question im hoping someone could give me advice on pleassseee... ryt okay im new to calorie counting and i know im doing everything right measuring etc etc... the only thing is im having 1200 calories monday wednesday thursday and friday and then 1500 calories on tuesday saturday and sunday and i was just wondering if use all think this is okay it wont wreck my metabolism or anything????? the reason is i enjoy a bit extra cals on the weekend but i dont binge or anything and on tuesdays i normally meet up for coffee and scones with my girlfriends.....i exercise 5 times a week on mon,wed n fri i do 1hr run at 9mph and half hr weights then on tue i do intense circuit and hr in the morn and toning class an hr in the evening which is also very intense and on thur i do 1hr toning class and sometimes 1hr zumba or spin class .....any words of wisdom would be very much appreciated thanx xx
