Help Please! Need an Attack sauce to go over my Pork and Prawn Balls

Arghhh - I made a new recipie of turkey and prawn balls today but they are very dry - any ideas of an attack sauce i can make? I have made Dukan Mayo but can see that being too sharp?

I have searched the thread but nothing comes up for sauces?

How about sweet chilli sauce, several recipes on the thread http://www.minimins.com/dukan-recipes/275656-recipe-sweet-chilli-sauce.html or there is a BBQ sauce recipe that I am going to try tonight, not sure it would go with your balls though

Erm, thanks - sorry, I did see that thread but didnt read all the way down - saw the sauces had tomatoes and thought i couldnt have that. Would be interested in your sauce too though

I only read all the way down as I was looking for an alternative to sweet chilli sauce the dipping kind, the BBQ is on this thread several posts down http://www.minimins.com/dukan-recipes/222060-recipes-i-love-updated-often.html first attempt today and I need to tweak it, too much Worcester sauce so it tasted more like brown sauce but a good start and still yummy!
