Try looking at peoples food diaries, there's some great ideas in there.:)

Red days
Chicken/bacon/ham/egg salads
Fry up (eggs, bacon, low syn/syn-free sausages, toast HEXB, tomato, mushrooms)
Meat sandwiches
Stir fries (beef, chicken, anything :))

Green days
Jacket potatoes with beans
Pasta with homemade tomato sauce with veg thrown in
Cheese sandwich
Egg and SW chips
LF super noodles
Quorn stir fries

I think I should try some red and green days myself :) Hope these help!

Food diaries will help with ideas. I find green's the easiest. I'm not a kitchen wonder though so it's all quite basic.

Stir fry with noodles
Chips, eggs and beans
Rice and chickpea dahl/any curry
Couscous with roast veg
Pasta with whatever I have in:p
Veggie lasagne
Smash pizza

Basic stuff but filling and free. I'm not so good with red's personally, but there are lots of recipes around.

Chilli with courgette ribbons rather than rice
Spag bol as above
Home made burgers, bun as HeB, cheese as HeA and bacon
Joe's sausages etc
I eat a lot of bacon too just with salad and cottage cheese for lunch. You can always use your extra HeB's for potato and wholemeal pasta if you're missing the mix. :)
