Food diaries will help with ideas. I find green's the easiest. I'm not a kitchen wonder though so it's all quite basic.
Stir fry with noodles
Chips, eggs and beans
Rice and chickpea dahl/any curry
Risotto
Couscous with roast veg
Pasta with whatever I have in
Veggie lasagne
Smash pizza
Basic stuff but filling and free. I'm not so good with red's personally, but there are lots of recipes around.
Chilli with courgette ribbons rather than rice
Spag bol as above
Home made burgers, bun as HeB, cheese as HeA and bacon
Joe's sausages etc
I eat a lot of bacon too just with salad and cottage cheese for lunch. You can always use your extra HeB's for potato and wholemeal pasta if you're missing the mix.
