Help please!

I'm trying to upload a second ticker to chart my challenge weight loss but whichever one I choose it comes up with a message saying 'file invalid'. I've tried it ten times or more . I'm following the step by step instructions on the newbie site, and I had no problems loading the first one - it just won't accept the 2nd. Can anyone help?
