That is not a complete list of free foods. When you join you will get access to the SW website and all the information you need will be there. We can't give you a complete list here because it would be way too long to reproduce and would breach SW copyright.

Loads of people do Extra Easy and it works very well for them, but you need to find the plan that is right for you, the foods you like to eat and your lifestyle. Unless you are vegetarian your consultant will probably recommend you start on Extra Easy so give it a chance.

Good luck!

I joined 3 weeks ago, and my sister intorduced me, as she lost 2 1/2 stone. The first week I was happy as id lost 2.5lbs, next week i'd gain 1 lb, last week 3.5lb loss. My mistake was staying half and half [half sw, half my old diet - 500kcals] did I make a mistake? A resounding yes. Extra easy is so good to stick with, unless you want to mix and match, if you feel like a meat day, which I beleive is the red one. But I recommend the extra easy line its easy as 1. 2. 3, if I can fathom it, then anyone can. By the way, the recipe sw have for ham minestrone is quick, easy, filling and supper yummy, check it out, I will post the recipe. Freezes really well too. Good luck with your first week.
