I've got the book, read it up until the end of the 'Induction' chapter. Am really worried that I'm calculating net carbs on my salad dressing incorrectly - could someone have a look at the values below and tell me how much you get 2tbsp (possibly 3!) at? My brain is just frazzled :-(
