I’m new to Slimming World. I’m only losing about a pound a week after three weeks. How can I lose more ? Feel disappointed as I feel I’ve been really good at dieting.
Thanks for the reply and realise it is about educating the way we eat. I used to eat chocolate on a daily basis and look upon the Turkish Delight yoghurt as it’s replacement so very happy about that. I eat apples whenever I’m peckish so that’s more healthy too.
