Help please

I’m new to Slimming World. I’m only losing about a pound a week after three weeks. How can I lose more ? Feel disappointed as I feel I’ve been really good at dieting.
 
A pound a week is a good steady sustainable loss.

I can tell you from experience that most sw members would be happy with a pound a week. That's 52 lbs in a year!

Remember, sw is a marathon, not a sprint. It aims to change your relationship with food, and your eating habits , it's not a quick fix.

Thanks for the reply and realise it is about educating the way we eat. I used to eat chocolate on a daily basis and look upon the Turkish Delight yoghurt as it’s replacement so very happy about that. I eat apples whenever I’m peckish so that’s more healthy too.
