HELP - Quick question

[SUB]HEY

I am joining WW tomorrow, and have a quick question re exercise.

I brisk walk around 60 - 80 minutes, Monday to Friday. Do I track these as activity points? Or are you only supposed to track any EXTRA exercise you do in your day?

I believe it is all exercise not just that which you do on top of regular exercise
