Hi all
Fully expect this thread to get moved to eating out so sorry to mods for posting it here but i am off out in an hour and need a quick response!
Getting chinese after WI, i am a complete chinese novice and have been told to start with a chow mein as most people like this, which i hear is also low in syns.
My dad is telling me to get singapore vermicelli which is spicy and sounds like my thing, i can't find syn values for it though but i think the noodles are fried? Can anybody shed some light on this? Is chow mein fried?
