:wave_cry: Started slimming world just after christmas, been up and down like a yo yo, and not for the won't of trying, had only lost 4 lb in 9 weeks:cry:. So now a time for change, started slimfast diet Monday and now am living in hope to see better results. Also had been going to a gym 3 times a week, but now have lost all hope and have stopped, as i never really lost the weight just moved it about my body.:8855:. Not funny really. Any why any support would be a big help. xxxx:help2::thankyou:

Hi wanabeslim. I tried SW too and was up and down. I'm into my second week on Slimfast and have lost 4lb. I'm finding it great. Good luck!

Hi there im like you have tried sw and ww and seem to still be at square 1, i started sf on the 16th march and lost 3lbs last week, im also 5ft 2" and weigh 155lbs and want to get to 126lbs, maybe we can motivate each other, i once went to the gym but it didnt last long!! so i now use my wii fit and cross trainer when i have time. all i will say is drink plenty of water and have your snacksthese keep you satisfied in between meals.xx

have your 3 snacks, shakes and the full 600cal dinner. don't eat less thinking you'll lose more as as i told you your body will store it:copon:

keep thinking of our hol in spain and those shorts you've just got to keep you on track so none of this :eatdrink023:and :7834: and you'll feel like this:greenapple:

hi there wannabeslim and netuk, we are all very similar heigh and weight, so I wondered if maybe I could join you both in being diet buddies? I have tried all sorts of things to shift the weight, but had succes years ago with sf and so decided to go for it again this time. Tomorrow is the end of week 4 for me, and have so far lost 6lb (not official til tomorrow....but had a sneaky weigh yesterday, and fingers crossed maybe slightly more by tomorrow...if only I could dream it away..lol) We can all do this with a little help from our diet friends...

Hi claire yeah be good to have another in the same boat, well done on your weight loss so far, i always have sneak previews to many really, but i have an obbession of getting on the scales everyday when i diet well actually twice once in the moring and again before bed, then i always do the body test on the wii fit and that weighs you also :8855::8855:.im off on hols july 24th and would love to be 9st by then, i think i need about 1.5lb a week for that to happen. if any of you have facebook feel free to add me jeanette bruton even though i live cornwall im under bristol network as thats where im from xx

Hi there, my 100% of being good has gone out the window already,:cry:had to much wine last night:7834: was good with the eating but not with the wine:sigh: it's that, it's the weekend feeling, i need to grow up thats my problem. I promised my to slimming ladies that weigh in with me on a monday that i would not step on the scales, which i have not:D but it is killing me. Ihave the same problem as you Net, and because i have not got on them, i am to scared to now:8855:. Well got some friends round tonight and hubby said we would get Dominos pizza:sigh: so i am going to make out i hate it and go to tesco and get a pizza that i know i can have, and do my very best to stay of the booze. :d'oh:. I really do hope come Monday that the scales move in the right direction or a leg is going to have to come off:8855:. well sorry to waffle on. Al x
