Help...temptation is sitting on my worktop.

I'Ve just returned home from my daughters open day at school to find a bottle of red wine has appeared and a fry's turkish delight in the fridge (now i NEVER liked turkish delight at all until weirdly i became addicted just after giving birth to our son 11 weeks ago :confused::confused:).

My weigh in day is Tuesday and i didn't use any syns yesterday or yet so far today (even resisted all the cakes and sweets on the stalls at school!!;)). We are going out for lunch tomorrow (although i plan to have something that is free such as steak or gammon and new potatoes)and i was planning to have some wine on Saturday night but otherwise have a syn free day.

WHAT DO I DO - DRINK THE WINE SO IT'S OUT OF THE WAY, AS IT IS MY MAJOR DOWNFALL?? DP forgot i was back on SW apparently :rolleyes:

I've done a meal planner and have no syns planned for Sunday or Monday and am not likely to need many of them because i have so much free and superfood on there.

If it's not in the house i'm not at all tempted and manage to resist rather well when eating out too.... grrrrr to dp

Can I just chip in here..... you say you are not having any syns at all.... You really should have at least 5 a day and not go any lower. This is so you have something to cut down on in later SW life when and if the going gets a bit rough.
have a small glass of red for 6 syns and enjoy it!

I agree you should have your syns that's what they're there for. I have a ten week old baby and i'm eating loads, and use my syns for things like ketchup, light choc mousse and bits like that. I have done almost a stone in 5 weeks and never don't have syns. I would eat the turkish delight and have a glass of wine later! And then kick the DP in the butt!:asskick:
