Help...What can I have at Prezzo?

    I'm meeting some friends for lunch tomorrow and really want to make sure I stay on track despite loving the Mozzarella starter. Any ideas on the best meal I can have. The SW website just seems to concentrate on the pizzas and I'm a pasta and rice girl.

    When I went a few weeks ago, I had the light choice penne arrabiata (not sure if I've spelt that right!). You get a bowl of pasta and it comes with a side salad and the dressing is on the side too. I also asked them to add chargrilled chicken breast to it, just to give it a little bit of meat (which cost a little extra).

    I chucked a few syns on for any oil they may have used and didn't go for the parmesan when offered. I also didn't have the dressing and as I don't like olives I picked them out of the salad (they have syns I believe?).

    It was tasty!

    Useful to know. I went for the arabiatta too, but never thought about having grilled chicken with it. That's gone in my little "best meal to eat out" book. Always in my bag for emergency meals out.
