Help with Cooking Steak please!!!

I am so going to Morrys when I get home from work, I have that planned for Saturday's tea - how do i cook mine ? Well, hot hot pan, plenty of fry light, I just cook until I am happy with it, using my finger to prod to get the right "bounce" on it, then I usually use 28g blue cheese on top and then grill. But I have recently discovered the Laughing Cow blue cheeses which you can have 5 squares of, so I am going to make a blue cheesey sauce with them and pour it over my steak and roasted veg......droollll...
 
I'm soooooo going to get some steak tonight.... yum yum yummmmmmm! xx
 
HGad mine last night was yummy!!! was a tiny bit pink in middle but still veryy nice :) thanks guys Xxx
 
marinate it in some light soy sauce with fresh crushed garlic and grated ginger. It gives it such a lovely flavour and makes it nice and juicy when you cook it.

If it is not too thick, it should cook well in a frying pan. The idea is to make sure the pan is hot before you put the steak on, if the steak starts to cook slowly it will become tough. Which you dont want.
