help with Healthy A option please

I don't use a lot of milk or cheese. But wondered if it would be ok to have a combined A choice of 250ml of skimmed milk and 30g of reduced fat cheddar. Rather than 375 ml of milk OR 45g of cheese. I hope this makes sense.
 
Yep loads of people do it on here, I used to do it but my losses slowed down a little so I stopped. Everyone is different though so don't let it put you off, enjoy x
